Roller Counterbending Dies

Available for round and square profiles,
roller dies are recommended when bending high tensile materials, solids, heavy wall profiles and rusted material.
Note: Roller dies must be positioned a
minimum of 2½″ from face of centerformer,
failure to do so will cause machine damage. Depending on application 180 degree bends
may not be achievable.

Rotary Draw Tie Bar Accessory

For use on Megabender 030, TB76, TB60, 050KD, SB48, and 060 Superbender. Tie bar accessory should always be used when bending heavy wall profiles and solid materials.

Bending Lubricant

To maintain quality bends counterbending dies should be replaced when face of the die touches center former. Tool life will vary depending on material to be bent. Standard brass dies are designed to be compatible with most materials. Replacement dies are also available in steel and polymer. Consult CML USA for application information
